Hello, valued readers! In 1977, I took a bold step toward serving my country by enlisting in the Air Force. It was a time of great change and challenge, but I was driven by a deep sense of patriotism and dedication. During my service, I was honored to be named Airman of the Year for the Farr East Award, a recognition of my hard work and commitment among peers.

My nine years in the Air Force took me across the globe — from Japan to the Philippines, Korea to Florida, and Utah. Each location brought its unique experiences and lessons, enriching my understanding of diverse cultures and the importance of resilience and teamwork.

Throughout my military career, I was proud to receive the Meritorious Service Medal and the Air Force Commendation Medal — awards that recognize distinguished service and commitment to excellence. These honors are a testament to the values I hold dear: integrity, service, and excellence.

My service from 1977 to 1986 not only shaped my character but also laid the foundation for my career in helping others, especially through my work in insurance.
